Change & Cancel:

Any modification on the order should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Modifications include but are not limited to: cancel order, change address information, add/delete/change item(s), change shipping method, combine shipment. All such requests made within the 24 hours time frame will be fulfilled in a timely manner. bookmere will not be held responsible for the wrong order due to the request for modification submitted later than 24 hours after purchase.

 

Product out of stock：

If you complete your order, but the product is out of stock.

We will provide you with 2 solutions:

  1. We will send an email to notify you that the ordered product is out of stock. You can reselect other products in the same category on the website to replace the out-of-stock products. To compensate, we will not charge the difference. After you have selected the product you want to change, please send us the name, picture and size of the product, and we will send it out for you as soon as possible.
  2. If you don’t want to select new products, we will refund you ( The product is out of stock. ) and ship the other product to you directly.

    Please reply to the email within 5 working days to tell us your choice and we will default to a refund if we do not receive a reply within 5 working days.

 

Parcel Delivery：

  1. If your delivery address is unclear, filled in incorrectly, or you are not at home, the package cannot be delivered normally. Generally, the post office will notify us, we will send you an email, you can contact USPS as soon as possible to re-deliver, and we will cover the cost of re-delivery.
    If you cannot contact the post office in time, the package will be returned after more than 3 days, cannot be resent, but can only be destroyed.
  2. If your package is lost, please contact us in time. We will provide you with solutions according to the actual situation.
